The Budgerigar Society

The Budgerigar Society (BS) is the parent organisation of The Budgerigar Club and was established in 1925. It has a management team of 14, called the General Council and is run under the Chairmanship of Harry Hockaday. It has its own premises in Northampton and can rightly claim to be the most well-organised and efficiently run society out of all the cage bird fraternity.

The BS has a large membership and holds its Club Show in Blackpool every year.
